Job Description

Findex are currently seeking a Corporate Receptionist with a can-do attitude to join our local Queenstown team. This is a permanent, full-time, and varied role which will also see you interact and provide assistance to our New Zealand offices as a member of the NZ Phone Pool. If you are an energetic and motivated individual who displays initiative and has a flexible, positive attitude, this could be your next move!



What will your typical week look like?

  • Management of incoming calls as a member of the NZ Phone Pool
  • Incoming and outgoing mail distribution
  • Assist the Client Services team with the management of office maintenance, meeting room set ups and clean ups for client meetings, seminars, board meetings, arranging catering, managing car park bookings and ordering office supplies
  • General admin duties such as saving documents electronically, scanning, printing, binding, entering disbursements, etc.

Let's Talk About You!

  • Proven experience within a similar Receptionist and/or Administration role is preferred
  • Tech savvy and proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Display a professional attitude and be well presented
  • Possess good communication skills
  • Have the ability to multitask and time manage effectively
