Key Responsibilities:
Build relationships with past clients to encourage referrals
Make cold calls to homeowners, landlords, or businesses
Distribute flyers or brochures in targeted areas
Use email marketing campaigns to nurture leads
Host open houses
Leverage social media tools like Instagram Reels, TikTok, or YouTube for real estate content
Perform administrative tasks
Prepare sales statistics and analyze property data
Record and prepare monthly statistics on property listings and sales
Support technology setup

Please Note: This is an independent contractor role with a generous retainer plus commission. While prior property or sales experience is not required, a valid Real Estate License is preferred for this role.
