As we continue this growth journey, we have an opportunity for a highly motivated Business Analyst to join our dynamic team.

What You'll Be Doing | Mō te Tūranga

You'll play a pivotal role in driving organisational success by:

• Eliciting and interpreting stakeholder requirements with exceptional communication skills.
• Documenting business processes in a clear, concise, and reusable format.
• Applying a methodical problem-solving approach to identify root causes and achieve desired outcomes.
• Leveraging data analytics expertise to inform strategic decision-making.
• Collaborating effectively with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.

About You | Mōu

You'll bring a wealth of experience to the table, including:

• Proven success as a Business Analyst.
• Proven experience in eliciting, analysing, and documenting business requirements.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools like Tableau, Power BI and SQL.
• An understanding of business process mapping methodologies (BPMN 2.0 preferred).
• Experience with agile delivery methodologies (Scrum/Kanban preferred).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
