What you'll be doing
- Install, configure and test security systems and equipment at client sites
- Conduct regular maintenance and inspections of security systems to ensure optimal performance
- Troubleshoot and repair any faults or issues
- Provide technical support and advice to clients on the operation of their security systems
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of all work undertaken
What we're looking for
- Proven experience as a Security Technician or similar role, with a minimum of 3 years' hands-on experience
- Technical knowledge and competence in the installation, maintenance and repair of security systems, including CCTV, access control and intruder alarms
- Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills, with the ability to quickly identify and resolve issues
- Good communication and customer service skills, with the ability to explain technical information in a clear and concise manner
- A valid driver's licence
