With five dealerships within the Wellington region, we provide a fantastic product that’s matched by great facilities and passionate staff. We have a rare opportunity for a Parts Advisor to join our Wellington Team!

Experience is key, as you will be an integral part of our five-man Parts Department, working alongside our Service Department and under our Parts Manager. You will be responsible for:

  • Consistently using your energy, personality and our high standards to greet and liaise with customers, ensuring that all their needs are met and wherever possible exceeded
  • Daily sales and activities of the Wellington Parts department
  • Liaising with the Service Department to organise parts needed for servicing and repairs
  • Ordering parts required by customers and the Dealership in a timely and accurate manner
  • Preparation of quotes, purchase orders and other documentation required for buy-in products


As our Parts Advisor, you’ll have a solid background in either automotive, retail or hospitality. We’re wanting an individual who can deliver excellent customer service, can build meaningful relationships and are willing to go the extra mile for our customers.

In addition to this, we’re also looking for:

  • Computer systems savviness with the competency to use our online dealer management system
  • Organizational skills and the ability to prioritise workloads in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills combined with excellent phone manner
  • Confidence in dealing with challenging customer concerns resulting in excellent outcomes for both the customer and the business
  • Current driver’s licence.


Saturday work is required, however we run a fair rotating roster.
