We are currently looking for a Personal Assistant to join our team. You will also be serving as our morale manager and digital expert!

This is a crucial role where the successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative and marketing support to the Harcourts Gold Star Directors and their extended team. We're looking for someone with a positive and flexible personality, who is willing to get stuck into whatever needs doing and can manage expectations while going above and beyond to give the team what they need when they need it.

With previous experience in a similar admin/PA role, we require someone who can be efficient in this position immediately, so strong MS Office skills and good time management is essential.

Other key skills and attributes include:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite and social media platforms
  • An eye for detail, creativity and marketing skills an advantage
  • Excellent spelling and grammar skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • The ability to work well independently and as part of a team
  • Be positive and approachable with a strong work ethic
  • Strong planning and organisational skills


This role offers plenty of variety, so our ideal candidate will need to be able to prioritise workload to sometimes conflicting deadlines - all delivered with a friendly, positive, can do attitude.

This is a full time role working 30 - 37.5 hours per week, and an immediate start is available.
