We are looking to build our team in Massey University in Albany, and are now looking for a superb Chef De Partie. This is a Permanent Full Time Position starting from 20 January 2025.
Ko o kawenga / Your responsibilities:
Our Chef De Partie;
Will be responsible for preparing, cooking, and serving top quality meals for our customers.
You will need to be able to cook within budget
Assist with ordering and menu development as well as ensure the health and wellbeing of our customers through allergen and nutrition management.
You will also be assisting with general kitchen and cleaning duties.

You will be a hardworking, team player who is able to work under pressure with a positive "can-do" attitude.
You will have demonstrated culinary experience within a large production based environment at a management level.
You will have proven ability to lead a team by building a motivated and cohesive unit.
Most importantly you will demonstrate a passion for great food, customer service and quality.
