We are currently looking for an exceptional Food and Beverage Assistant to join one of our High End Corporate Catering - Business and Industry sites in Auckland CBD.
This is a Permanent Part time position, working a minimum of 21 hours per week. Enjoy your weekends off!
An Assistant - F&B will utilize their skills and appropriate equipment to deliver a quality food and beverage service to our customers. This role requires a pro-active approach to safety and utilisation of all of the safety equipment and procedures provided by Compass Group.
Ko o kawenga / Your responsibilities:
You will be responsible for providing warm, friendly, and welcoming customer service and responding to all requests in a timely manner
Provide food and beverage service
Provide responsible service of alcohol
Assisting with the basic food preparation and presentation as well
Operate cash register
Prepare and serve coffee
Maintain clean and tidy dining and kitchen areas
He kōrero mōu / About you:
Will be hard working, with a friendly outgoing personality and a 'can do' attitude.
Ideally will have experience in a similar environment and hold a food safety certificate (Unit Standard 167) or be happy to train for one.
Will have Barista experience.
Will be a team player and work independently
Will have superior customer service skills but most importantly you will demonstrate a passion for great food, customer service and quality.
