The Finance and Operations Transformation team covers a wide variety of engagement types including operational excellence, performance improvement, procurement, supply chain and finance transformation. You will have the opportunity to work with both private and public sector clients across industries as diverse as agriculture to banking. Our proven solutions are enabled by continuous digital transformation across people, process, and performance, helping our clients accelerate business benefits.
We are looking for a Senior Analyst to join our Finance and Operations Transformation team in Tāmaki Makaurau / Auckland.
Ngā pūkenga kei a koe / Skills and experience
- We are looking for an experienced operations professional with Supply Chain experience. As a Senior Analyst in the Finance and Operations Transformation team, our ideal candidate will have:
- 3-5 years work experience in Operations and Supply Chain, ideally including experience working in a professional services or consulting environment.
- Strong technical competencies and experience in one of the following areas: supply chain, procurement, transformation, logistics, sales and operations planning.
- Ability to support and deliver engagements and support the conversion of new business opportunities through both relationship development and competitive tender situations.
- Strong relationship management skills with the confidence to engage with staff at all levels including Executive Teams and Boards.
- Ability to work in a highly agile environment and support the delivery of complex engagements. Strong written and oral communication skills and the ability to tell a story and convey key messages, along with financial and data literacy
