We have an exciting opportunity for a Full-Time Catering Supervisor to help lead our team at Auckland City Hospital. This is a 6 month Fixed-Term role.
The Supervisor - Catering is employed to supervise daily operations and the performance of catering team members. The Supervisor must ensure that all tasks associated with food production, front and back of house services and general support are performed with due regard for all Health and Safety and Food Safety regulations as required. All these tasks must be done in conjunction with the contractual requirements of the Unit.
Our site is a 7-day week operation, and we require a candidate who has flexibility in the days and times they will be available to work over this time.
So, what will you be expected to do?
Supervising the team ensuring our food, beverage and customer service is outstanding
Ensuring that the items required for production are completed and ready for the team to assemble the delicious and healthy meals to order and on time
Ensuring adherence to the policies and procedures within our Food Control Plan and Allergen Management Plan
Supervising the kitchen team's production output to meet specifications
Health and Safety is our number 1 rule, you will be an advocate and role model for safety in the workplace. You should be confident with Microsoft applications and computer use.
