Compass Group NZ are looking for two amazing Chefs to join our team within Strata Lounge at Auckland Airport. Hours of work are as an when required basis.
Ko o kawenga / Your responsibilities:
Reporting to the Executive Chef, this key position, will be responsible for the preparation and presentation of the lounge menu cooking daily and most importantly providing a second to none experience to a large variety of airline passengers which use the lounge.
He kōrero mōu / About you:
If you are our ideal candidate:
You will have a proven experience working in a commercial kitchen as a Chef
You will be a hardworking team player who is able to work under pressure with a positive attitude
You will have up to date knowledge of current Food Safety and Occupational Health and Safety legislation
You will hold food safety Unit Standards 167 and 168 or equivalent
You will demonstrate a passion for great food and quality.
You have proven reliability.
You will demonstrate experience of kitchen leadership and the ability to lead a team by building a motivated and cohesive unit.
You will have the legal right to work in NZ
