RE/MAX Revolution are currently seeking a Real Estate Administrator with a can-do attitude to join their team.
You will be responsible for ensuring everything runs at maximum efficiency by reporting to the Company Directors, assisting salespeople, managing customer enquiries and undertaking general administration duties.
We're looking for someone with a smile, energetic and willing to take on whatever needs doing. Accuracy is paramount. A background in administration is essential. A background in real estate administration is a huge advantage.
Duties will include:
Check all new listings, contracts, transaction reports, advertisements
Maintain required office records
Distribute contract copies to solicitors, vendors and purchasers
A high level of personal presentation and professionalism
Good time management and organisation skills
The ability to follow instructions
