The Role: GGG is on the hunt for a small team of passionate customer service professionals to tackle a surge of queries following the launch of Path of Exile 2. You’ll be part of a fast-paced team, delivering exceptional support and creating memorable experiences for players.
Day to day you will:
Analyse customer needs and provide effective, tailored solutions
Oversee in-game chat and online forums to ensure a positive player experience
Communicate with players via email, private messages, and live chat
Days/ Hours: 40 hours per week, from 8am – 4pm. Rostered days to be confirmed. Please note that working over the Christmas period, including on statutory holidays that fall on your regular workdays, will be required. Full flexibility and availability are essential.
To stand out from the rest, you will have:
1 – 2 years proven contact centre experience
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Clear criminal record
Excellent computer and technical skills
A passion and knowledge of online role-playing games
