Your Primary Responsibilities:

• Perform industrial painting to high standards.
• Operate water blasting equipment (low to ultrahigh pressure).
• Execute precise abrasive blasting/sandblasting tasks.
• Conduct routine maintenance on vehicles and equipment.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.

You Bring:

• Technical Know-How: Experience using airless spray systems, pressure pots, compressors, and water blasting equipment.
• Licenses & Certifications: Current driver’s license (bonus points for truck license), Site Safe certification, and confined space training.
• Fitness & Safety: Physically fit, safety-conscious, and able to work at heights or in confined spaces.
• Professionalism: Tidy, respectful, and presentable, especially when engaging with clients.
• Adaptability: Self-motivated and comfortable working independently or as part of a team.

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering quality work.
• Strong organizational skills to plan materials and equipment for each job.
• Openness to learning new techniques and tools to expand your expertise.

Bonus Skills:

• Previous experience in drainage or willingness to assist our drainage division when required.
• Ability to write basic reports to document your work effectively.
