About the Role
We are on the hunt for a skilled and experienced Business Coordinator. This role is accountable for ensuring the administration tasks related to project support, ensuring activities are completed within agreed timeframes, standards and quality. The successful candidate will be pivotal in ensuring projects are executed to the highest standards and within deadlines.
About you
You will bring your engaging and collaborative personality, with strong financial and business skills.
Hold a Finance or Business Administration qualification and have a minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role
Highly proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite
Strong experience with MAXIMO, SAP and CRMS experience
Full Class 1 NZ Drivers Licence
Demonstrate strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
Identify areas of continuous improvement and operational excellence
