About the Role | Mō te Tūranga
The Delivery Lead is responsible for working with the business to lead our teams to deliver real change to key applications, platforms and processes, for smaller and less complex projects.
Responsibilities include:
- Operationally responsible for NZ Technology software platforms or projects
- Delivery of changes and support of bespoke software applications.
- Leading agile ceremonies such as; Daily scrum, Retrospectives, and Sprint Planning.
- Maintaining communication with all interested parties and stakeholders at all times.
- Managing the internal change process for releases into production.
- Work closely with the NZ Technology Product Managers to lead squads.
- Facilitates collaborative relationships across various teams to ensure the solutions fit current and future business requirements
- Possesses a broad knowledge of the business’s operational goals and business objectives and strategies
About You | Mōu
As a Delivery Lead, you’ll Influence and impact across the entire Woolworths NZ business.
To succeed in this role you will have:
- Excellent listening skills, with strong motivational skills and ability to influence others.
- A working knowledge of DevOps.
- Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and principles.
- Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.
- Competent with Kanban, SCRUM and/or Lean.
- An ability to recognise team conflict at an early stage and know how to resolve it.
- An empathetic and nurturing nature but knows when to be disruptive.
- Creative approach to problem-solving.
