Key Responsibilities:
Cutting, trimming, and processing raw meat to company specifications
Operating knives and other cutting tools safely and efficiently
Working in a fast-paced environment
Maintaining strict hygiene and food safety standards
Assisting with general processing and packing duties as required
What We’re Looking For:
Experience in meat processing or as a knife hand
Ability to work efficiently in a cold and physically demanding environment
Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Understanding of food safety and workplace health & safety practices
Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
