About the role


M Social Auckland is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Porter to join our busy Front Office team. You will promote positive guest experiences through welcoming guests, explaining hotel facilities, and anticipating guests' needs.


Key responsibilities:

  • Provide guests with a warm welcome and departure
  • Assist with guest luggage
  • Maintain cleanliness of the Hotel's public areas
  • Attend to guest requests
  • Ability to work day and night shifts

Key skills and experience:

  • Proven customer service skills
  • Full clean NZ driver's license, experience driving manual preferred
  • Excellent English is essential for this position
  • Professional manner and impeccable presentation
  • Physical capability to lift and transfer guest luggage
  • Flexibility to work all shifts including weekends
