He angitūtanga: The opportunity
You will be joining our team at Glenfield whose main goal is to inspire Aucklanders to be more active. You only get one chance to make a fantastic first impression and our Customer Support Team are the people that make it happen when Aucklanders visit our Centres.
Working as a Customer Support Representative, right from the first smile you will be responsible for ensuring an effective and professional frontline service to our diverse customer base, dealing with a wide range of inquiries, both face-to-face and on the phone. You will find that no day is the same!

It is a 16-hour permanent part time role. Shifts below:
Friday 9:30AM - 6PM
Sunday 10AM - 6.30PM

Our centre operates 7 days a week from 5:30am to 9:30pm, reliability, and commitment to working early, late and weekend shifts are crucial.

• You will have proven administration and communication skills, as well as the ability to use your initiative to resolve problems and satisfy your customers' needs.
• You’re outgoing and enthusiastic nature, combined with a passion for delivering excellence in customer service, is the key to success in this role.

Pay rate: $27.80 per hour
