We’re on the lookout for a motivated and experienced Transfer Station Operator to join our team! This role is ideal for someone who has previous experience working in a transfer station, is confident operating machinery, and is comfortable using computers to manage daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate equipment safely and efficiently at the transfer station
Assist customers and direct traffic flow on-site
Record data and transactions using computer systems
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the site
Follow health and safety procedures at all times
What You’ll Need to Succeed:
Previous transfer station experience (highly preferred)
Current F and W endorsements
Computer literate – able to use basic software and input data accurately
Good communication skills and a customer-friendly attitude
Reliable and physically fit for a hands-on role
