As a vital member of our team, you'll have the incredible opportunity to craft unforgettable moments for our guests, utilising your outstanding customer service skills and remarkable communication abilities. Your knack for providing seamless service will ensure that each visitor enjoys an extraordinary and unforgettable experience.



We are looking for someone who has:

  • Prior experience in Food & Beverage
  • Proficiency in barista and bar skills
  • Hosting and customer service expertise that transforms strangers into friends
  • Already residing in Queenstown.
  • A Duty Managers Licence, while beneficial, is not mandatory
