Where can this role take you? This is a highly regarded role within the bank and a great opportunity to show us what you are made of. We have a number of internal Credit Solutions Officers that have recently been promoted to other areas of the bank so we are recruiting for multiple positions.
Our Credit Solutions Officers ensure the repayment of accounts which are in arrears by negotiating acceptable repayment arrangements with our customers.

You will provide world class Customer Service to our internal and external customer delivering a high level of support, listening and empathising with our customers to achieve the desired outcome for the customer and ASB.
- Adhere to our Assurance call model.
- Support team by engaging, problem solving, sharing best practice and influencing within team engagements.
- Challenge our current process with a mindset of delivering great customer outcomes for all customers.
- Be familiar with and comply with all organisational policies and procedures.

- Ability to influence our customers through education and providing suitable solutions.
- Decision making - Ability to make decisions and repayment arrangements that benefits both ASB and our customers.

- Be able to provide customer focused solutions.
- Strong listening and communication skills and be able to relate to customers in varying circumstances.
- Previous experience in a phone-based environment / banking / credit would definitely be an advantage.
