Bayleys Mount Eden is looking for a tech-savvy, creative, and organized PA to join our team. You'll be working alongside a driven pair of high-achieving salespeople, delivering outstanding results for our clients.

This part-time role (20 hours per week) is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, inclusive, and social environment. You'll be managing campaigns, ensuring every detail is taken care of, and providing exceptional customer service to our highly valued clients.

What you'll be doing:

  • Preparing submission documents and organizing signage, advertising, photo and videography
  • Ensuring every campaign runs smoothly and communicating regularly and professionally with buyers and vendors
  • Getting all material ready for open homes
  • Reporting to vendors
  • Using the CRM system to manage campaigns


What we're looking for:

  • Strong multitasking, prioritizing, and attention to detail skills
  • Creativity and a flair for marketing, including property marketing and personal promotional materials
  • Tech-savvy with good social media know-how
  • Ability to work efficiently and at a fast pace
  • Design skills are a plus!
