A Day in Your Life:
Get your hands dirty with site set-out and prepare as-built drawings (you’ll be the one who keeps things on track!)
Ensure everything is running smoothly with QA, site testing, and subcontractor management (you’re the glue that holds it all together!)
Help project managers with reporting, financials, and claims (you’ll be the behind-the-scenes superhero)
Build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and council reps (you’re a natural communicator, and this is where you shine!)
What We’re Looking For:
A background in civil engineering, with experience in subdivisions or 3 waters drainage (we want you to hit the ground running)
Great communication skills (you’ll be chatting to everyone, from clients to the council!)
A passion for engineering and a desire to take on bigger roles in the future (Project Manager, here you come!)
A proactive, problem-solving attitude (you love finding solutions)
Attention to detail (because, let’s face it, that’s what makes great engineers!)
