Job Description

About the role:

We are looking for a vibrant individual who is a team player and loves providing exceptional customer service. The role involves providing exceptional customer service as part of the operational team which handles multiple functions of the business.

Your main responsibilities include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service while building rapport with customers (mostly B2B)
  • Processing sales and returns in an efficient and accurate manner
  • Picking orders for delivery & collection
  • Loading of goods on to customer vehicles (by hand and by forklift)
  • Handle general enquiries about price and availability of product
  • Cycle counts and assisting with correct and accurate inventory levels
  • Strictly adhering to health and safety policies and procedures


About you:
Currently our team is experiencing fast growth so is very busy and we require a positive individual who is excited by that growth that wants to roll up their sleeves and get stuck in. You will play a key role in ensuring our loyal customers are given the upmost care and service. To be successful you will be able to build and maintain effective relationships with customers by being solutions focused.

  • Exceptional customer services skills
  • Must have full clean class 1 driver licence (or higher)
  • Forklift Licence/Experience is an advantage but can be taught on the job
  • Must be fit and healthy: Role is physically demanding and requires frequent heavy lifting
  • Competent computer and numeracy skills will be required.
  • Must have a strong health and safety focus. Safety is a core value for our company, so it is essential that you take safety seriously and have the drive to use safe practices within the workplace.
