The Role
Our friendly and busy manufacturing client is looking for an office administrator to provide cover while the Office Manager is on annual leave.
Part-time, fixed term, 12 hours per week (during cover), 9am to 1pm (with some flexibility). Details as follows:
Training:
17 - 21 March - 2 days during the week
24 - 28 March - 2 days during the week
31 March and 4, 7, 14 April
Cover period:
23 April - Wednesday
28 April - 16 May working Monday / Wednesday / Friday

Your tasks will include:
- Invoicing
- Filing, organising, data entry and reconciliation
- Reception - meet and greet customers
- Inbound customer calls
- Payroll (Infusion system)
- General Office admin duties
Who we are looking for:
- Proven experience in an office admin role
- Computer savvy with proven experience with Microsoft Suite
- Organised with great attention to detail
- Payroll experience with Infusion would be ideal
- MUST be able to commit to the whole period
