Covering the Waikato region, Enhanced Renovations is a rapidly growing building and renovation company specialising in kitchens and bathroom renovations, home extensions and alterations.

We are looking for an experienced builder / carpenter to join our small, friendly team. If you have a passion for construction, good at finding solutions to challenges, and strive for excellence in your work, we want to hear from you?

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with a small team on a variety of construction projects from start to finish, ensuring quality and adherence to timelines.
  • Responsibility and reliability, and able to lead on projects when called upon
  • Understand and interpret architectural drawings, building plans and can adhere to all compliance


Requirements

  • Provide a high standard of workmanship with attention to detail
  • Respect and adhere to safety regulations and best practices on-site


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in the building and construction industry, ideally including renovations work as well as new builds.
  • Clear and respectful communication skills with the team, suppliers and customers
  • Good organizational skills with a focus on efficiency and productivity
  • Clean and tidy work habits, particularly in respect to day-day site management
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to work in New Zealand.
