About the Role
We are looking for a Qualified and Registered Teacher to join our Nursery team (0-2 years) on a permanent, full-time basis 35-40 hours per week.
Our nursery teachers provide a caring and responsive environment, where each child has a dedicated primary caregiver to build strong, trusting relationships. We see everyday care routines as valuable learning opportunities, and nurturing connections are at the heart of our approach.
The nursery space is designed to support infants' physical, sensory, social, emotional, and intellectual development. Our teachers create a calm, engaging, and stimulating environment, ensuring a balanced routine while responding to babies’ individual needs.

What We’re Looking For
We are seeking a teacher who is committed to making a difference in the lives of young learners and thrives in a collaborative team environment. The ideal candidate will have:
- BEd/Dip Teaching Level 7 (ECE or Primary) and current teacher registration/certification
- A strong understanding of child-led curriculum, planning, and extending children’s learning
- Good knowledge of ECE Regulations, Te Whāriki, and a commitment to compliance
- A passion for honouring Te Tiriti o Waitangi through pedagogical practices
- A dedication to high-quality teaching and learning
