About the Role: As a Reservations Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring our guests have an unforgettable experience. From managing bookings to providing exceptional customer service, you’ll be at the heart of our operations. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks are essential, as well as the ability to communicate effectively.
Key Responsibilities: - Answering queries and managing bookings via phone and email in our reservations office. - Issuing tickets and providing product information in our ticketing office. - Using our booking systems accurately and efficiently. - Opening the office in the mornings and securely closing it at the end of each day. - Multi-tasking and communicating effectively between departments, colleagues, and customers. - Assisting team members where necessary to ensure smooth operations.
To Succeed in This Role, You Should Have: - Excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service. - Strong organizational and time management abilities, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. - A team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate and assist colleagues. - Reliable transportation (due to the location) is a must. - A willingness to work weekends, as the role operates on a 4-days-on, 2-days-off, 6-week rolling roster.
