We require a Project Administrator to join our Facility Management team working in their Hamilton based office, Te Rapa Park. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the successful execution of our projects.
This position is Monday to Friday, full time 40 hours a week, providing an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to contribute to our dynamic team.
Responsibilities include:
Implementing, maintaining, and monitoring electronic management systems
Managing all project communications and documentation
Preparing, submitting, and having approved final close out reports.
Manual data entry, upload files and handle any feedback or questions through to approval
