Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to develop their leadership skills and step up as a Senior Service Facilitator in the Southern Team!! As a senior member of the team, you will help drive operational efficiencies by guiding and supporting team members and leading shifts.

Sample of responsibilities:

  • Coaching and providing guidance to Service Facilitators alongside the Team Leader and Manager.
  • Empowering team members with skills to improve their confidence, product knowledge and communication skills.
  • Creating a pleasant working environment that inspires and motivates the team.
  • Developing and implementing achievable timelines to achieve targets.
  • Delegating tasks to team members.


Essential skills:

  • Strong organisations skills to give the team direction.
  • Ability to problem solve and think outside of the box to solve complex issues.
  • Able to promote and demonstrate Healthcare New Zealand values.


This is a full-time role working Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.00pm based in our Albany office.
