About the Role:
As the Delivery Lead, you’ll take ownership of the successful end-to-end delivery of digital products and solutions across the business. You’ll work closely with cross-functional squads, product owners, and senior stakeholders to keep projects aligned, on time, and delivering real value.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the delivery of multiple digital initiatives in an Agile/SAFe environment
Collaborate with product and tech teams to prioritise work and unblock delivery
Ensure clear communication between stakeholders, keeping projects on track
Drive continuous improvement and embed agile best practices
Report on delivery metrics and provide visibility across the business
About You:
Proven experience as a Delivery Lead or Agile Project Manager in digital environments
Strong background working in Agile and Scaled Agile (SAFe 6) frameworks
FMCG or enterprise experience highly regarded
Excellent communicator, influencer, and problem solver
Comfortable juggling multiple projects and leading delivery across distributed teams
