The Opportunity

Programmed are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Project Coordinator with a preferred background in construction to support the planning, coordination, and delivery of construction projects. In this role, you will work closely with project managers, site teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

This position is Monday to Friday, providing an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to contribute to a dynamic team.

Responsibilities include:

  • Assisting project managers and ensuring compliance with project timelines, budgets, and national regulations
  • Implementing, maintaining, and monitoring management systems
  • Managing project communication and documentation
  • Assisting with budget tracking, deliverables ensure projects are completed within financial parameters
  • Liaise with subcontractors, vendors, and clients to ensure clear communication and resolve any project-related issues.
  • Monitor project risks and issues, ensuring timely resolution.


About You

  • Proven experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role, preferably within the construction industry.
  • Strong understanding of project documentation, scheduling, and budgeting.
  • Strong problem-solving and lateral thinking skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work effectively with various stakeholders, including contractors, suppliers, and clients.
  • Excellent communication skills
