Job Description

Relievers are a valued part of our team and we have positions in our Palmerston North Centre. Our ideal applicant:

  • Reliable and available, often at short notice
  • Flexibility to work any days (Monday to Friday) and hours, and during school holidays
  • Confident to work in the Kitchen to provide meals for the children from our designated menu
  • Enthusiastic about creating fun-filled days for tamariki
  • Committed to building strong relationships with children and whānau
  • Enthusiastic about creating fun-filled days for tamariki
  • Warm, caring nature
  • Confident communicator in English
  • NZ residency or NZ work visa is a pre-requisite
  • All potential employees are police vet checked
  • Whether you’re early childhood /primary qualified, or an ECE Teacher-in-training, or simply have a heart for children, we’d love to meet you and discuss this on-call relieving position.


Our centre operating hours are 7.30am – 5.30pm Monday to Friday.
