The Role:
We are looking for a vibrant individual who is self-motivated and pays attention to accuracy. In this role you will be self-motivated to provide the best customer experience, you will be organised and solution focused. Our team is multi-functional which means you have the opportunity to learn and perform different functions withing the business, Inwards Goods, Promotions etc. We are a close-knit supportive team that is always willing to assist each other and the customer regardless of role title.
Your main responsibilities include:
- Providing exceptional customer service while building rapport with customers
- Processing sales in an efficient and accurate manner
- Working as part of a team to provide for the wider customer needs
- Picking orders for delivery & collection
- Source and order customer specific goods
- Handle general enquiries about price and availability of product
- Cycle counts and assisting with correct and accurate inventory levels
- Managing repairs and good faults on behalf of the customer
Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in a customer service and/or retail sales environment
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly personality
- Motivated, self-driven and able to work independently
- Competent computer and numeracy skills
