Te Tūranga | The role:

As a Conduct Insights Manager, you will take ownership of a suite of reporting for the Fair Conduct Programme and convert it into timely and relevant insights. You will collaborate with the Risk Insights team to provide a comprehensive view of conduct related metrics. Additionally, you will work closely with key stakeholders to understand the drivers behind the data, and passionately work to uncover the story it's telling us. You will document data definitions and procedures, ensuring high-quality data in partnership with ASB Data Stewards and you will also be responsible for engaging throughout ASB to gather the necessary data will be essential for investigating customer outcome concerns.

Ō pūkenga | About you:

To be successful in the role, you will have 7+ years of relevant experience in insights, analytics, or reporting, preferably within the banking sector. You will have a strong understanding of data visualization principles and demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills, confidently communicating at all organizational levels and presenting effectively to groups.

With proven abilities in influencing and negotiating in a complex environment, you will exhibit sound critical thinking and analysis skills. Proficiency in SQL, Tableau, and Excel is essential, along with a quick aptitude for learning new systems. An excellent understanding of data quality and governance, as well as the ability to work independently to achieve goals will be key to this role.
