Join us as a Certified Dispatcher/Plant Operator at our Palmerston North Plant!


Our Role

This hands-on role is a great mix of coordination, scheduling, and customer contact. It is perfect for someone with excellent customer service and communication skills, proficient data entry abilities, a keen eye for detail, and efficient time management skills.

Teamwork is highly valued, and your role plays a crucial part in it. The position involves physical tasks, including heavy lifting, as materials are handled regularly.

You will be required to operate and maintain the concrete plant to produce and dispatch concrete that meets all regulatory, customer, and Firth standards. You will work closely with our drivers, organizing our fleet to ensure orders are dispatched in a timely fashion in accordance with loading schedules.

You will conduct regular sample tests of raw materials to ensure the manufacture and delivery of superior quality products that are fit for purpose and meet customer specifications.
