Due to further expansion, we are looking for an energetic Sales Cadet or Graduate to join our dynamic team.

This is a unique opportunity for a recent graduate or an aspiring professional with strong administrative skills and a passion to be working in sales.

About the Role:

This role offers a blend of learning, hands-on experience, and career development, working closely with our experienced team. Starting with support and administrative duties, you'll have the chance to grow into a full-time sales or account management role. The role reports directly to the Business Development Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely alongside the Business Development Manager to learn and assist in all areas required.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients through site visits and engagement.
  • Contribute to marketing and advertising initiatives to promote our products and services as required.
  • Support cross-selling opportunities across various business areas.
  • Attend client meetings, prepare quotes and work with suppliers on pricing and design concepts
  • Prepare client presentations, manage communications, and help develop sales strategies.


What We're Looking For:

  • We value enthusiasm, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude over specific qualifications. However, this role is ideal for someone who is:
  • A recent graduate or a motivated individual interested in a career in sales
  • Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel and other Microsoft suite products (Canva or design skills are a bonus).
  • Highly organized with strong written and verbal communication skills as well as the ability to multi-task.
  • Proactive and passionate about creativity, customer engagement, and continuous learning.
  • Confidence, drive and interest in learning the sales process via training, an outgoing personality. (Ability to engage with people both known and unknown verbally)
