About the Role | Mō te Tūranga
We’re looking for an enthusiastic Digital Delivery Specialist with a passion for content and a hunger for learning, to join our Digital Engagement team. Our Delivery Specialists plan, coordinate and execute a variety of digital content across web, app and email. The types of content you might be working on include campaigns and offers, website content enhancements, personalised emails, SEO, supplier content, or content to support the customer journey.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinate and deliver content across our own digital channels
  • Collaborate with other content team members, UX, and brand and marketing to achieve a consistent and connected customer experience
  • Work with others to brief and review content and creative assets
  • Create and execute content using a range of tools, including CMS and Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Ensure content is accurate, error-free, and delivered on time
  • Optimise content for discoverability and SEO
  • Analyse and report on content effectiveness
  • Seek out ways to improve content workflow, processes and ways of working
