We are looking for a Service Advisor to join our service reception desk at Queenstown Motor Group - Audi, Subaru and Volkswagen.

As our dedicated Service Advisor, you'll join our Service department team as a key contact for our service customers. Your role is to ensure they have a great experience and that their vehicle gets the care it needs from our service technicians.

On a day-to-day basis, you'll handle booking schedules and ensure our customers are well-informed about the servicing process for their vehicles. Additionally, you'll coordinate with our technicians to ensure they're briefed on daily requirements, whilst allowing a good flow of communication to ensure timeframes and customer expectations are met.

We're looking for someone with the following:

• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while remaining attention to detail.
• Great computer skills and systems knowledge.
• Prior customer service or automotive experience would be an advantage, but not essential.
• A valid full NZ driver's licence.
• Right to work in NZ - We are currently only accepting applications from candidates within New Zealand.

This is a permanent full-time position working Monday to Friday.
