My client is a major player in the logistics, postal, and airport cargo handling space and they need an experienced Senior HR Advisor or Business Partner for an urgent contract. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a small, collaborative People & Culture team and make an immediate impact across both strategic and operational HR.
What you'll be doing:
Supporting a busy HR function during a peak workload period
Leading and advising on change management processes
Handling employee relations (ER) issues with confidence and professionalism
Rolling up your sleeves to support across all levels of the business – this is a hands-on role
Ideally supporting both New Zealand and Australian employment legislation/compliance
You'll be a great fit if you:
Bring proven experience at HR Advisor or Business Partner level
Are confident navigating ER issues and supporting change processes
Have knowledge across both NZ and AU employment frameworks (ideal but not essential)
Thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable working across all levels
Can start immediately on 22nd April 2025 and able commit to the full 3-month term
The team: You’ll be joining a tight-knit and supportive P&C team consisting of a P&C Manager, a P&C Business Partner, and two recruitment contractors (all NZ based).
