About the Role:
Your role will consist of the maintaining of equipment and a combination of planned and reactive maintenance and minor project work across multiple sites and disciplines.
The successful applicant will be part of a diverse trades working out of our Hamilton Office in Te Rapa. Our clients include major banks, Government agencies, universities, prisons and, a combination of other leading NZ businesses and commercial premises.
About You:
- Carpentry trade experience.
- Current NZ practicing licenses/registration.
- Knowledge and commitment to Health and Safety.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Ability to use a tablet/ipad for access to internal systems, emails and job allocation/management.

Health & Safety is a priority for Cushman & Wakefield and the successful candidate will be expected to have a good understanding of the H&S requirements and behaviors in commercial environment. Good personal presentation and customer service skills are also essential, as is a clean full driver’s licence.
The successful applicant will be required to undergo a drug test, complete a Pre-employment Health Questionnaire and MOJ check. A criminal conviction review is also a requirement of the role.
