We have an exciting opportunity for a proactive, well organised administrator to join our Christchurch team, based near the airport.
As our Operations Assistant you will be a crucial member of our fast-paced, growing organisation. This varied role offers diversity that includes both customer-facing and general office duties.
What your day will look like:
Front reception duties, greeting customers and answering phone enquiries
Processing online reservations
Preparing and managing invoices
Assisting with rental pick up and returns
Other administrative tasks to support our operation
Our ideal candidate:
A passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Previous administration or customer service experience
Have a good eye for detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Tech savvy and able to learn new systems.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Full NZ Drivers Licence
