the capacity to learn and retain information - there's a lot to learn!
an excellent customer-facing attitude all the time
a welcoming phone manner to help us with the incoming calls as well as generate our future bookings
an eye for accuracy to ensure all our data is up to date and cleansed as well as stock correct and ordered
solid I.T./computer skills and the ability to learn on the go
to be able to confidently greet customers and ensure their experience at TRC Toyota is an exceptional one
to be a superb communicator and willing support our several busy departments
