Job Description:
Recognised for their quality work, and with increasing demand for their services, our client has an urgent need for an Estimator and is prepared to pay for your expertise.
Privately owned construction company with a proven track record for delivering quality, large scale developments and has a great reputation in the market. It’s known to be progressive and innovative and has operations nationwide with growth rapidly occurring across the South Island.
With many projects underway as well as many in the pipeline, they're after someone who is confident and can operate independently and autonomously within their friendly team. This is based in central Christchurch.
As a successful applicant you will have:
- 5 years or more proven experience in Commercial and/or Industrial construction estimation. This is not residential.
- Advanced experience with CostX or similar estimation software
- Has experience using Procore.
- Ideally have good networks in the local construction space
- Great knowledge of materials and methods from the NZ construction sector advantageous
