What’s in it for you The CRM Specialist is responsible for executing direct digital communications across various omnichannel touchpoints to boost customer engagement, retention, and lifetime value. This involves delivering the right message to the right customer at the right time. Reporting to the Senior Digital Marketing Manager, you'll support the development and execution of both scheduled and automated marketing campaigns, contributing to customer retention and business growth within the larger brand and digital strategy.
Key responsibilities
Plan, manage, and execute targeted CRM campaigns aimed at increasing customer retention and engagement. Partner with brand, digital marketing, and agency teams to create compelling campaign content, including copy and visuals.
Develop and maintain always-on and transactional communications, such as lifecycle-based campaigns and digital receipts.
Collaborate with the Brand and Senior Digital Marketing Manager to build and manage CRM content calendars in alignment with the broader digital marketing schedule.
Design, implement, and continuously optimize automated workflows across email, push notifications, SMS, and in-app messaging to enhance the customer journey.
About You To be considered for the role you must have
Experience running and managing end to end marketing automation campaigns using tools such as HubSpot, Marketo, Braze or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Ability to design and execute multi-channel CRM campaigns
Experience with Google Analytics or other data analytics tools
Previous experience working and briefing external agencies
