We're currently recruiting for a range of accounting positions, from Accounts Assistant to Senior Accountant and Finance Manager, across various industries in Auckland. If you have experience in public practice, business services, or the private sector, we have roles that could be your next career move.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Reconcile accounts and maintain financial records
  • Assist with preparing financial reports and statements
  • Process invoices, payments, and reconcile customer accounts
  • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
  • Handle month-end processes and support year-end reporting
  • Payroll and general invoicing


About You:

  • New Zealand tertiary Accounting qualification
  • CA (Chartered Accountant) qualification highly regarded
  • Previous experience in accounting (payables, receivables, cashbooks)
  • Proficient in Xero and intermediate to advanced Excel
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles
  • Experience with financial reporting and tax compliance
  • Familiarity with accounting software
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and team player
  • Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn
