Non-Negotiables

  • 2+ years proven experience in commercial or residential property management.


  • Strong financial acumen, including cash flow analysis and budget management.


  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software (Re-Leased preferred).


  • Excellent relationship management and communication skills.


  • A proactive approach and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.


  • Full driver’s licence.


Desirables

  • Experience with feasibility studies, valuations, and investor reporting.


  • A background in property investment, leasing, or asset management.


  • Knowledge of health and safety compliance within the commercial property sector.
