As our SAP Supply Chain Lead, Director, you will play a pivotal role in leading and managing our SAP supply chain projects. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and administering SAP solutions, ensuring successful project delivery, and maintaining high client satisfaction.
Your key responsibilities
- Lead the design, configuration, testing, and post-implementation support for SAP EWM and TM applications.
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their needs, provide SAP solutions that meet those needs, and ensure clients’ satisfaction.
- Coordinate with SAP technical developers for custom-tailored solutions and regularly report project statuses to key stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project documentation, user manuals, and system guidelines, and organize training sessions for end-users.
- This role is preferably based in our Tāmaki Makaurau (Auckland) but we are open for other location and candidates based out of Australia, with the requirement of travelling to Auckland.

To be considered for this role you must have:
- Experience in leading multiple large scale full cycle implementations.
- Extensive experience in the configuration and support of SAP Supply Chain and Logistics applications (e.g., EWM, TM).
- Extensive experience as a SAP S/4Hana Solution Architect in the Supply Chain domain, ideally within a consulting/client delivery setting including pre-sales capacity through delivery.
- Strong leadership and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proven track record of successful SAP implementations and client engagements.
