Reber Auto Electrical is a long established company started in 1963 that is well respected and well supported by a huge client base.
We're currently looking to add a qualified Auto Electrician to our busy team in Mt Roskill.

To be considered you will need to hold a relevant level 4 trade qualification OR have 3+ years of relevant experience.
Key duties and responsibilities include:
- Carry out usual Auto Electrical duties such as alternator and starter and component diagnostic and repair or replacement.
- Proficient circuit diagnostic and repairs.
- Able to work with computer controlled systems eg: Drivetrain and body electronics.
- Servicing, identifying and repairing faults in Electronic controlled vehicle systems
- Installing and maintaining automotive electrical equipment.
- Proficient using Scan tools for diagnostic and programming
- Use vehicle specific data (wiring diagrams, Autodata) to solve problems.
- Work on Hybrid systems.
You will also need good knowledge of the Auto Electronics found on vehicles in NZ and be able to confidently diagnose and repair, install accessories, and have a commitment to great customer service. Experience using SAM workshop invoicing system will be highly regarded but training can be provided.
A clean drivers licence and good communication skills (both written and verbal) are essential.
